UGIEP has multiple stakeholders: at the centre of it, is people.

The stakeholders of this programme have been grouped into 5 namely:

 Students: All fresh and continuing students currently in the University

 Alumni: All Alumni in Ghana and around the world from all year groups

 Faculty: Current faculty and staff  from all departments

 Agencies: Development and donor agencies with aligned missions and visions

 Corporates: Corporates with aligned missions and visions
